整合不確定因素模型與最佳設計方法
最佳化設計是工程師用來設計產品的主要工具,可以有系統的方式找到滿足設計條件的最佳設計。然而一旦產品所處的環境與當初設計的不同,或有其它的不確定因素存在,該結果便不再"最佳"。可靠度最佳化在傳最佳化的架構下,正視不確定因素的存在,並探討不確定因素對產品性能的影響,讓工程師在概念設計初期便考量每個決策對產品使用時的可靠度影響,並加以改善。
本實驗室主要針對如何有效的整合不確定因素於最佳設計方法中進行很多探討,除了針對非高斯分布的自然界不確定因素加以整合,也探討不確定因素的整合結果對多目標最佳化的影響,進而討論。在實際應用時發現的問題我們也一一加以探討,例如如何制定合理的可靠度目標,如何將有限的資源做最理想的利用整合在可靠度模型內,如何整合壽命相關的可靠度資料作為長期可靠度判別與設計更新的依據等。
